  53. Use of the VCONSOLE software constitutes your agreement to the following 
  54. provisions:

  56. VCONSOLE is a computer program licensed by The Utility Shed that allows the 
  57. Supervisor, Supervisor equivalents and Console operators to access and 
  58. control the file server console of Novell NetWare 286 2.1x or higher from 
  59. any workstation on the network. This Software is designed to operate under 
  60. NetWare 2.1x, 2.2x along with IBM PC and compatible computers under the 
  61. MS/PC-DOS operating system.

  63. SHAREWARE INFORMATION

  66. Shareware License. A limited license at no charge is granted to all VCONSOLE
  67. users to use, test and duplicate this version of the Software for no more 
  68. than 30 days. Thereafter, if you do not license the Software from The
  69. Utility Shed, you must either pay the license fee to continue to use the 
  70. Software or cease all use of the Software.

  72. License. Upon payment of the license fee, The Utility Shed will grant a
  73. non-exclusive license to use the Software. Licensed copies of the Software 
  74. may be kept only on computers actually used by the licensee. 
  75.  
  76. WARRANTY INFORMATION

  79. Limited Warranty. The Software is distributed and licensed on an "as is"
  80. basis. For a period of thirty (30) days from the date that you pay the 
  81. license fees for the Software, you may return any disks and documentation 
  82. provided by The Utility Shed, and destroy all copies of the Software and 
  83. the documentation that you have made, and you will receive a refund of 
  84. the license fees that you paid to The Utility Shed. 
  85.  
  86. Limitation of Remedies. Should you encounter problems with the Software,
  87. The Utility Shed's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at 
  88. the sole option of The Utility Shed, either (a) to terminate the license 
  89. and return any license fees that you paid The Utility Shed for the 
  90. Software, or (b) repair or replace the Software.

  92. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Utility Shed makes no claims as to the 
  93. suitability of the Software for any specific use. Except for the Limited 
  94. Warranty stated above, The Utility Shed disclaims any and all other 
  95. warranties, express or implied, oral or written, including any implied 
  96. warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The 
  97. limited warranty stated above gives you specific legal rights, but you 
  98. may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

  100. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall The Utility Shed be liable for any
  101. damages whatsoever arising out of the use of the Software, including without
  102. limitation any direct, incidental or consequential damages or any damages for
  103. loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information or any pecuniary
  104. loss even if The Utility Shed has been advised of the possibility of such
  105. damages. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for
  106. incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitation may not
  107. apply to you.
